Si adagia in un territorio ameno, tra il fiume Arno ed il fiume Elsa, la frazione empolese di Marcignana. Qui visiteremo la romanica chiesa di San Pietro. E' costruita a base rettangolare. Di pregio alcune opere d'arte come la "Croce Sagomata" ed una "Pala". Di interesse alcuni cicli pittorici di Ridolfo del Ghirlandaio.
